Here in the library, it’s been relatively quiet over the summer, and we are excited to meet our new students and welcome back our returning students. Please stop by and say hi.

New students will meet their Research Methods professor and Personal Librarian in the next few days. Both these people will be crucial to helping you get started in law school. Returning students, come let us know how your summer went and let us know how we can help this semester.

A few tips, or reminders, of some key library services:

• Law students can book a group study room.
• Use online study aids or browse our print study aids on the 5th floor.
• Get a head start on legal research (and other topics) by attending an ALERT session. The first topic is “Getting Started with Legal Research” on Tuesday, 8/23, or Wednesday, 8/24.
• Follow us on social media for updates and tips from the library.
